Sorry service1 hour pass by and still not opened don’t have a paper saying why or don’t even mind lookinh or asking nothing if i could rate negative stars i would put - 5 star in a heart beat im sorry chipotle but if Yall aren’t committed to open on time or workers showing up then shut the business down and go to a lower population area.

This is the sorriest location i’ve ever ordered from/been to. they need new employees STAT. Every time i order from them my bowl be messed up, EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I did a Door Dash order and when I received it there was basically NOTHING in this bowl. The portion size I was given is a joke. I was given maybe 8 whole pieces of chicken. 90% of what was in there was lettuce. Then there were not utensils for me to even attempt to eat it. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Especially when I am paying more than the average customer that comes in store to eat. I even paid for the expedited delivery of about $3. Just to receive less than HALF an order. What a joke. It should be the same portions no matter if it’s a delivery or in store order. I’m extremely upset, unhappy and disappointed to say the very least. And then to be offered only $5 in compensation on a $28-$30 order is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

I ordered a bowl. Asked for no rice but asked for small amount of beans & vegetables. I didn't want any cheese either. I asked for chicken. He gave me half of a scoop. I asked him to give me the regular amount of chicken. I was told I had to pay for extra. I said I'm not asking for extra just the regular amount. He said this is it. You would have to pay for extra if you want more. I just said ok and paid extra. I also had to ask for more lettuce from the second guy. Mind you they he had just fixed one in front of me and gave him a full overflowing scoop of chicken and everything else. They could hardly close the box it was so full of everything. But NO extra charge. I pretended not to but I watched when 3 other guys came in behind me and he did the same for them. Overflowing scoops of meats and lots of cheese but said nothing to them about extra charges for them. I was not treated with respect at this location. They are biased and unfair to some of us. I definitely won't be going back.

Not a clean place at all spilled drinks on the floor sticky spot forks you name it not to mention staff was arguing with each other about how to lie about not having something I absolutely do not recommend this location plus it's was $36 dollars for 2 burritos and nothing else

Too busy worrying about going on “his break” Lazy is an understatement. When you have several people in line, you take care of them first. Totally ignoring the people in front of us that were standing there well BEFORE “his break” 3:15pm 3/16/24. Managers need to take care of this issue. My first visit to a Chipotle and now my last, without ordering. Good Luck!

I came here tonight right at dinner time so there was a line but the workers were kind and handled the crowd very quickly. I have been here multiple times and never have any issues.

Back to back orders were missing items ordered but were correctly captured on the receipt. This store is clearly having a problem putting together orders to-go and cannot be trusted to get your order correct.

The tacos had to be thrown away bcs they were so soggy that it was coming through the bag. And the queso was wrapped in aluminum foil. Worst experience ever. So disappointed.
