I came here to this location to have brunch on 4/15. I asked three times for my meal to be remade due to flies landing on my food that I never touched, never took a bite of!! I asked the waitress the first two times which she hesitantly ignored, brushed aside & tried walking off to the point I had to say “excuse me” somewhat loud. When she approached the table I then asked a third time if I could have my meal remade she told me she’ll see. However she came back and said they’ll have to charge me double for my meal being remade! Which I do not understand not even a little. How can you charge someone for something they didn’t eat yet just asked to be remade???

It was very busy at 10:30 AM on a Sunday, but they handled the crowd very well. I had an omelet (The Works) and fruit, and they were delicious. I recommend this to everyone. If you're very hungry, get the potatoes instead of the fruit, as the serving was a little small. I'm the only person at our table of 7 that wasn't stuffed, so take that for what it's worth.

I had a really bad experience here. Ordered food to go and when I got there it was at least 15 minutes late after the time that it said it would be ready on receipt email. Then they informed me that they gave my order to the wrong person (they weren’t even a to go order it was someone dining in? How do you mess that up??) and forgot my iced coffee after all of that. Didn’t give a straw or napkins. I barely received an apology for all of this and the food was not very good either. Don’t go here it sucks and they don’t know how to process online orders

Waited on hold for 10 minutes to be told I have to contact someone else via email to get a refund for the breakfast sausage I paid for and never received.

I've never gave so many 5*. Breakfast was amazing. The atmosphere the employees everything was top notch. Smiles and laughter from every customer I laid eyes on, that should tell you alot about this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Coloring page and crayons for kids

I haven't been here in a few years so I thought a new rating was well overdue. We pulled in around 11 on Wednesday and was promptly seated. Coffee was served while we looked over the menu. Service was prompt and cordial (thanks Grace). My wife decided on a blueberry muffin and I elected the Traditional Omelet. My wife was very impressed with her muffin and I, also, really enjoyed my breakfast. A fully filled omelette with multi-grain toast and fried potatoes. I would definitely recommend First Watch and it will be high on my places to return.
This is truly worth the wait. Great place to eat.
