The food was really good, French onion soup, salad and ribeye steak. The issue I had was timing. I received my soup, hardly had time to enjoy it, and my salad and steak arrived. Poor wait staff trying to flip tables rather than serve the customer.When I complained, the waitress blamed the kitchen staff for being to quick. I tried to correct her and told her they only cook what you enter into the system.

Our waiter and the manager were amazing! I love to see a manager step in and help out the wait staff during busy times. Anyway, our first impression with the hostess was not so good and we almost left based on that.Our food came out correctly and was delicious. Everyone’s drinks were constantly refilled. Overall good experience.

I just left on March 17 @10:23 pm. My service was horribleeeeee! My uncle ordered a specific drink and After 3 tries he got what asked for and it was still not quite correct. My guests and I refills came super late which was refilled once during our 3 hour dinner... We were missing multiple sides. And all of the silverware were dirty. I complained to the manager which was an older gentleman he seemed to brush my regards off. A party in similar size next to us received their food and left before us. I’m superrrrr disappointed and will never return to the establishment. We came to celebrate my promotion but I will be calling corporate.

I placed an order online and upon finishing the system told me it would be 2 hours. That’s ridiculous. No one else in town takes this long. I then called to cancel the order and was on hold for several minutes. Not a fun experience. I then called Outback and placed essentially the same order and was told it would be between 26-30 minutes. My wife and I are marking Longhorns off our list.

It took too long to be seated(1 and half) our waiter Jackson was great!! My only real problem was having to send my tbone steak back because it was overcooked but the next was too but was starving so I ate because the rest of my table was finished when I got it back.

It was the best meal we have had in awhile. We like to eat good food but it was our first visit to longhorn, we will definitely be coming back. The steak was flavorful so we didn't even use steak sauce. The brussel sprouts, Mac and cheese and strawberry/pecan salad OMG! When we go back I have to try the French onion soup!

Terrible!! I’ve never waited so long in my life for quality service. I know for a fact I waited 30+ min on my waiter to come back to my table asking about the food. My steak was not cooked to my liking and while waiting all my food got cold and I lost my appetite for waiting so long. I mean, I waited and waited and waited because I know how busy things can get. Well I never even seen my waiter ANYWHERE while waiting. I was waiting so long I asked for a manager by fanning down another employee. After the manager approached my table my waiter appears out of no where. The manager was nice but this is ridiculous when it comes to customer service and I’ve done customer service for YEARS!

Continue on to hwy 280. I tried to give this place a chance multiple times since they opened. Initially it was the chef not cooking my steak medium now it’s the service. This is awful. I will hate passing up on family and friends meals but I won’t attempt this again. It is an absolute FAIL.
