I use the app. I get free stuff. Don’t bother using the app here. They don’t honor the deals and begrudgingly do when they do. We had a buy one get one for $0.29. We asked for a small and medium and we’re given these: ice cream w m&m’s on top. Whatever though, it fixed the ice cream craving. I’d hate to see how dry an Oreo on top one would have been.

They cannot even manage to get a door dash order correct. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger combo and ten nuggets. No cheeseburger to be found. Bag was sealed so it was their laziness not theft by the dasher.

Despite placing my order through the mobile app and following the instructions to enter my table number, the entire experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, I was assured that my food would be brought to my table. However, that promise was never fulfilled. Instead, I found my order sitting neglected in a bag up front, untouched and growing cold. What's worse is that despite providing both my mobile number and table number, there was no attempt made to notify me or deliver the food as promised. The lack of communication and disregard for basic customer service left a sour taste in my mouth, quite literally. McDonald's has always been synonymous with convenience and reliability, but this experience fell far below the mark. It's disheartening to see such a renowned establishment falter in its commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my visit to McDonald's was marred by cold food, poor service, and a blatant disregard for customer convenience. I hope that steps are taken to address these issues and restore the quality of service that patrons rightfully expect from such a globally recognized brand.

We waited over an hour for food and watched a guy get into a fight with the manager (two girls threatened a guy and a random white guy said the n word.)

Pulled into drive-thru during breakfast hours (breakfast menu still displayed) and waited about three minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. When they finally spoke I placed a breakfast order (breakfast menu was still up), at which point they changed the menu over to their non-breakfast items and refused to take the order.First world problem? Absolutely, but still incredibly rude, lazy, and a 100% way to insure no future business from a family with two kids who think Happy Meals are the best thing in the world.
