My mom and I ordered the same pasta and it was delicious. Our food has always been good here and we have always had really great service until today 04-21-2024. Don’t know the name of our waitress but she gave the utmost terrible service. Didn’t offer cheese with our salad nor our entrees. Took her 15 min to get a refill on water. She would disappear where we couldn’t find her. She was not personable at all. Her “helper” was a guy named Ryan and he gave us some cheese, and also had the audacity to tell my mom to go “easy on her, she’s having a hard day.” Ordered a spinach artichoke dip, never received it. Spoke to GM, and paid for meal. I wish I had gotten the servers name bc she was awful. Needs to find another job and quit complaining about her credit score to other co workers and out in the restaurant.

Olive Garden at hoover, My friends and I had a reservation 2 weeks back when we reached there the person told there is no reservation under our name however after showing the message they told to wait so that they will arrange the table for us. In this situation there was a lady at the reception desk who was so rude and we felt discriminating and disrespectful the way she treated us as we are also customers to the restaurants and we weren’t any free loaders there the attitude in her face showed it all when the restaurant is hiring people at front desk they should have minimal knowledge how the person should greet and treat the customers. Due to such kind of people we do not feel like going the restaurant
