During my lunch breaks I love to come to this place. The food is always fresh and hot. The service is always pretty nice. They offer plasticware and it's all to-go only. For covid precautions they don't have the plastic screen like other places. I haven't really seen any sanitizing. They don't have any marks on the floor so there's not any social distancing. Other than that the food always comes out pretty quickly and I've never had any issue. I love getting the shrimp or chicken teriyaki.

The food is decent but the staff is RUDE! I will not go back. If you enjoy being talked down to, by all means this is the place to go. However, if you appreciate being spoken to like an actual person, you will be disappointed.

The cashier was extremely rude, after mischarging me he got snippy and attempted to charge me for a free water he had previously given me. He also took back what was returned and "recycled" it back into his inventory for the next customer. Save yourself some money and don't go there.

Very good Japanese food! You get a lot for the price! 4 people could eat off of one plate. I got the teriyaki chicken and shrimp with noodles and rice. Veggies also came with the meal. It's 50 cents more if you want noodles, but you can either choose brown rice or white rice with your meal.

Chicken was fatted gristle and I literally got sick trying to separate. They gave me a sample of white meat so I ordered that got the worst of the worst!

Worst Sarku I have ever been to. While they often are "out" of menu items, what they do offer is subpar. You are better to eat anywhere else in the food court.

Located in the food court of Cool Springs Mall, this was my first time ordering from Sarku due to wife's request to bring home something to eat. The fried rice was really good but they were kinda stingy on the meat :( even after i request extra...not cool. Other then that i have no real complaints. I'm not a big fan of these types of places but my fam is so... I will return.

I've been to a lot of Sarku Japan's before. From my experience this particular Sarkus serving size is really small. I always get the teriyaki chicken with double meat. Usually I would be stuffed after, however, I wasn't even full after the meal at this Sarku. The plates and to go boxes are both smaller. This was not satisfying...

Quick Japanese while mall shopping! This place is located in the food court in the Cool Springs Galleria mall. The special was chicken teriyaki and the sample I had was very good. I was in the mood for their Chicken Tempura though. It was good but not as good as the Chicken Teriyaki. I am beginning to learn it is better to stick with the special of the day at most of these food court places. The fried rice was pretty good for fast food and the vegetables were very yummy!
