95% of the time the lobby is closed. I tried to go through the drive thru last night and even tho there were employees visible and walking around inside they still watched me sit at the microphone and waited until I left to start moving around again. The food is usually pretty good but it’s just hard to get apparently.

This was my first visit to a steak n shake, and I was blown away! This was quite possibly the best milkshake I've ever had. And the garlic bacon burger was divine. Highly recommend!!
