I don't know if the food is any good. The last two times I went I couldn't get service. I guess the food just sucks or the reginal and district managers do. I see where they are building a bigger Taco Bell not too far from this one. I guess that one will suck too. You guys can't even handle a small store. You guys should fire the manager, district manager and regional manager because they are failing at their job. I am sure this will not be posted nor do I expect any action done from such a crappy corporation.

This TB has some really friendly staff that expectedly turns over regularly, but I consistently drive away having had a very pleasant interaction with the drive through workers. Today (06-18-21) was especially nice and the window attendant was just superbly amicable. I hope they have a really great rest of their night.

They got my order wrong and overcharged for what I actually received. When I called to let them know, their phone rings once then makes fax machine noises. I know it’s fast food but it still needs to be accurate. I didn’t short you on cash so don’t short me on my order.

The staff at our Taco Bell are super friendly and helpful. It is always spotlessly clean. I have eaten at plenty of Taco Bell's through the years, but this is the best one and I'm so glad that it's about a mile away from us.

If you want to receive a correct order, then this is not the Taco Bell for you. This location is always on the struggle bus. Tonight, we only received half of our order that was placed online and picked up through the drive through. Which means we once again, had to drive back to the restaurant to retrieve the rest of our order. It is never an issue with them being too busy either, it's just sheer lack of management and concern for their customers.

This particular TB has never been one of our favorites. In part, the staff has struggled with any enthusiasm at all with dealing with customers. A recent visit supported this claim. Almost rude staff. Food was stale, lukewarm and tasteless. Tacala would benefit from closing this store.
This location is becoming the worst taco bell location. Always out of things, service is awful, and they always forget an item. Not giving them another chance.
