Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal and received 3 pieces. Not only can they not count but the price difference in a 3 piece and a 5 piece is ridiculous. Zaxbys quality has definitely declined over the past few years and it’s good to see they are still on brand with that.

I rarely go to Zaxby because they are so over priced so anyway I decided to go to the one in Hoover,Al on John Hawkins and I ordered one of the Overly priced salad ? the Asian with the egg roll right so I had to pulled up and wait because the egg roll was cooking a least that what the young lady said at the window so about 7mins later the young lady brings me my order so when I got to were I was going and ready to eat the salad ? I was highly disappointed ? the salad was very old the lettuce was actually black and the smell was bad !!!!!! Never ever again that I will go back to that place any Zaxby for that matter.....

Food was good, BUT...the peach iced tea was so sweet I had to pour it out. The young lady at the service counter spoke so low and mumbled so much I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she said something, as if it was a chore to speak to me. She must have had a day so bad it turned her hair blue! Overall, not a bad place to eat, just a pain to place an order.

So normally I have never had a problem at this location and I do understand its the holiday's. But...my orders was completely wrong expect for one meal, I even gave the guy at the front counter the order I needed written in a text. When it is stated that I want sauce on both my wings and things,that is what I would like and on one My meals they didn't even give me the things part. Oh! And even asked for a side of seasoning salt for fries and that is non existent. So non the less my entire order was a mess, I didn't get what I paid for, and just like everyone else I don't feel like driving all the way back after getting home. All I can say is....DO BETTER!
I happened to stop in here on my way shopping and was SO pleased! The service is amazing, bathrooms are clean, food is hot and fresh, the vibe was perfect. I can't wait to come back!
