It's normal for this place to forget about you. Waited for 20 min. Nobody even proposed a water. Just left this place hungry to find something better. Just wasted 30 min of my life.

I am a customer of Denny’s i love itBut in this place ow man disgusting. i waited at the reception for 40 minutes no one come and gave me a seat. Then I went in my seat and get seat and no one again come and take my order I waved my hand ✋ she come and I ordered a salmon with rice and broccoli ?Again after waiting about 20 min it come out with no broccoli instead two rice ? salman with 80% salt and something honey on it which I don’t like itFYI the staff were there moving here and there to be pretending they are busy but even there was not many people in the restaurant no more than 6 people.They are not clean. I don’t eat the salt ?I got no appetite .Finally i paid $18 and left and i buy a wing from the pilot eating nowSimply waste of my time and moneyNever again at this place

My family and I stopped in on this Dennys location on 4.20.24 around 11 am or so, our plans was to eat then go down the street to visit the Safari which was awesome btw, so it was a total of 11 people 3 of those under the age of 7, so since we drove 2 1/2 hours from Mobile, Al this was perfect considering it was less than a mile from the Safari we planned to visit. So we get out go to the rest room a few of us stayed in line to hold our spot so we could be seated, upon me coming out the restroom I heard not sure whoever the lady was say: there will be a 20-30 minute WAIT and there’s ONLY 1 server and 1 cook as if she was saying like don’t come in here complaining that it’s only 1 person that’s the server and 1 cook as if she could’ve seated us first then told US I mean we do understand that we have a large party so of course the food time would be longer, my family knows I’m the Google review person and I said first off she said that with an attitude as if our TIME wasn’t beneficial to your establishment, it was the way she approached US and how she said it made me NOT want to give your business my hard earned money!! So management really needs to step up and NEVER allow your employees to potentially turn away any customers PERIOD, I mean bc there’s a lot of Dennys have CLOSED down so please don’t think your business is EXEMPT bc the google reviews speak volumes for people that travel and being that you guys are close to the safari your company should definitely have the top of the line best customer service there is! So if anyone reads this I would suggest going to Loves down the street which has subway, Godfathers pizza and Chester’s chicken along with a car service business. Bc this was definitely NOT the place to go, but we did however give some of our money to Cinnamon bun and the gas station hot plate which was NOT what any of US really wanted. So please inform your employees that first impression means a lot to people like me, especially for Google review bc that’s how businesses knows what they need to change or address with all employees or the 2 that you have working in Dennys!

Terrible service, we ordered soup, and they brought a large plate and the soup was on the bottom, there was very little soup, plus they brought plastic disposable cutlery, and the waiter did not try to serve us, and they also prepare the food very slowly

Worst Denny's every time, ALL the time waitress with and attitude even when I treat her with higieast respect, ( Cus I don't want my food with a spit topping) only girl is worth mention is Miss Kisha.

The restaurant seemed smoky like the kitchen vent needed to be turned on. The food was mediocre at best and the presentation was awful. I have never had this experience at this Denny's, I guess it was just an off day.

Sticky flooring throughout facility, menu had sticky syrup gunk all over it and several tables not cleared of used plates and such upon entering establishment. Very unclean and now in the restroom ::: don’t get me started!

Service needs a bit help but the food is mind blowing and fresh…my family of 5 was passing thru for a quick lunch and was craving the zesty nachos, since they closed ours down closer to home. They did not disappoint at all!!! Can’t wait to pass back thru so we can grab another one!!

Very bad place even the manager is useless food is nasty. If you get hash browns you will find onion and green peppers with it. I think the grill not clean too. Very bad experience in Alabama will never eat here
