I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe however that is not what I received. The drink I received did not have carmel in it it tasted like straight milk. I was very disappointed I didn't get what I asked for they were very busy and the dude that made my drink seem to be mad as he was slamming down cups and the blender containers or I would have asked for them to remake it.

This is definitely one of the better Starbucks I've visited. And I mean like ever....Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, Florida.... This specific Starbucks is great. Accurate orders everytime, fresh coffee and snacks. Always clean. And some of the prettiest people in Montgomery I swear. Especially this one girl, she has braces I believe. Gorgeous.

I was on a road-trip and stumbled upon this location and it’s your regular Starbucks and so much more (staff was extremely nice). There’s a huge indoor seating area that’s very roomy (tables not crammed next to one another). There’s an outdoor area as well. Plenty of parking spaces in their parking lot. I also liked how fully stocked their merch section was and I could also find some holiday blends coffee bags and mugs.
This is a good Starbucks. The barista was very nice, even let me wife know that the second drink was coming next. Not something all of them do. The bathrooms were clean and this spot was worth the stop.Thank you!

Our barista, Zanaiyah, was so nice and professional! She informed me that this store has a Thursday special of "1 grande for $3", which I decided to go with. Even though she was unfamiliar with my drink choice (vanilla sweet cream cold brew w/ extra sweet cream), she confirmed my order was correct, and remained very professional. I highly recommend this starbucks location!Parking: There are a handful of spots designated "order pick up", a few handicap spots, and plenty of regular customer parking spots.
This is one of our traditional stops on our way to Florida. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone makes you feel welcome. The drinks and food are served efficiently. Always clean whether it's the bathrooms or the entire storefront. They great you with a smile and acknowledge you when you leave. All other Starbucks should take note!
