I got a 1/2 sub with tuna the plus was she put a ton of tuna on it. However i ordered a Chirro and pretzel and wa told they are on the bottom of the pallet and they haven’t been put away yet. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Every employee we encountered needs training in customer service and hospitality. They were all so rude to EVERY customer. They don’t speak. They just look at you with a mean mug. They were out of several different meats and one employee kept telling the other employee “WE DON’T DO NO SUBSTITUTION” We just left, and I’ll never return to that subway again.

There was terrible service from the employees. I saw racism from them since we are Latino and after I left there were other people and they treated them well, apart from the fact that they were all smiling. We asked for bacon on our sandwich and the employee took a deep breath after placing the order.
