We were unable to get the meal we needed for our family due to store closing. They wouldn't cook anymore. So we ended up with a meal that was way over priced. It was basically a 12 count sackful. Not happy but had to eat.Someone needs to change their times on here. Close at 10:30 pm

This place is absolutely horrible. You may as well plan on being there 30 to 45 min. I’ve actually driven off on several occasions because no one will even answer the drive through window, it seems the day shift is more reliable than nightshift. When you first pull to the window your always gonna get either dead silence, or can you hold please, and if they ask you to hold, then you may as well get ready for the long haul. I waited one time 20 min before I left and they never came back. Out of the 20 times I’ve tried to get food here, I was successful maybe 3 of those times. At this point just close the entire place down and turn it to extra parking for the block and other businesses that do try and be successful. Theres 0 leadership on this staff, this is obvious as soon as you look inside and see everyone not putting forth any effort to try and be somewhat productive and to help provide a service. I get it can be hard to hire good people these days, but I’ve seen homeless people with more drive than the staff at this Krystal’s. If you have the patience to wait 30 min to an hour, then by all means check it out!

Brandy the manager is very disrespectful an rude. The doors are supposed to open at 6am well its 10:00 am doors not open seen brandy sitting in the lobby. And knocked on the window she completely ignored me for 10 minutes then as i kept knocking she told me to walk around to the otherside to get in not the dine in area as I approached the door she proceeded to get smart with me an tell me . I’d have to wait to order all the tables we’re dirty two days in a row i came yesterday an walked right in with no problem. Her Attitude is horrible an no customer service
