(I WROTE THIS IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE, that’s how long the wait is).I am a dasher for DoorDash in the town of this Zaxby’s location, and this is the only place I despise picking up orders from. DISCLAIMER: I’m not sure if it’s poor scheduling or short staffing or poor employees. However; the lobby always closes early so I’m forced to wait in the drive through, which is not effective for dashers. We lose time, orders, and tips. Since we have to resort to drive through, we wait excruciatingly long for an order that should already be packaged and ready. When I get to the speaker, they’re always rude and rushing so they’re hard to understand. When I get to the window, they’re also rude, but seem to be working at the pace of a turtle. That’s IF they’re actually working and not on their phones. Absolutely 0 words of hospitality. More than 50% of the time, the order is incorrect, or they’re out of everything. Some employees will switch out the food for something similar if they’re out of it, but others will not. (Inconsistency). Overall, this location needs to shut down, clean out, and start over. So many people who don’t have enough would love to work with a smile, but they continue to employee lazy people who don’t appreciate a job.

We ordered DoorDash and it took over an hour for them to get the order ready for the driver we called 6 times and no one ended up answering we even had to message the driver to ask them what’s the problem do not order online

I ordered a Cobb salad and all I received was Chicken, Lettuce and Cheese no Bacon, Egg or Onions the night shift at this location is totally ridiculous. Called the store only to get no answer!

Cenisha, I know I didn't spell her name correctly, but she has a beautiful smile and knows what she's doing. She was working the front counter and expo. No matter how long it took, she was ON IT, working hard, paying attention to every detail of every order. Just watching her work, was worth visiting Zaxby's. Thank you girl, good to see there are good people out there. The cooks in the back were working hard too. Props to everyone in this store. 03/04/2024 @ 5:13pm. If a manager sees this review, please give your employees a pat on the back for their hard work.If you see any of my past reviews I'm a very critical reviewer and nitpicky. So to leave a good review should show you something about this place and about the employees on this shift. Thank you again for giving this mother of two a pleasant experience.

I’m disgusted in this Zaxbys . They gave me and my 11 month old food poisoning in the restaurant playing over people’s food . I had to take two days off work because I can’t keep food down and I’m pretty sure it’s from Zaxbys because only thing I ate that day was ramen noodles and Zaxbys that night . I knew not to go here when there they were trying to close at 10 and they are open until 11 . It’s a bunch of nasty kids working here and I’m reporting it on Google and to BBB .THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED ASAP . Making people SICK…. A manager just contacted me talking about how do I know I have food poisoning lady I know what food poisoning feel like I was perfectly fine before I ate here period !

Placed an order online Sunday, around 8:40 pm. Got to the drive thru window at 9:07 and was told they was closed. No ifs, ans nor buts about it. My total was over $50 and I called customer support instantly. All I was offered was $5 off my next purchase and NO REFUND. I have yet to be contacted. I am sorely disappointed!!

It should not take 45 minutes to get your food at a fast food restaurant. Works are sitting around on their phones. One person cooking and no one is manning the window. I watched cars sit in line at the drive through for 30 minutes.

Food was good, my issue was the fact I asked for just 1 extra sauce and the young man working the window felt the need to say “Let me get this man out my window cause he being annoying”. Completely fine if I was be an irritation, but considering I was only there for like 2-3 minutes maybe less, and I just asked for an extra sauce is unacceptable. You time for the drive though will not affect your metrics to take 10-20 second for that extra sauce. Love Zaxbys but you guy need to get your employees under control.

The drive thru wait time must be addressed. Two weeks in a row I have sat in the drive thru for 30 + minutes before ordering. Both times I sat at the speaker for an additional 10 minutes before I gave up and drove off.

Ordered two wings and things and they were disgusting.Fries had no seasoning, tenders tasted bad because the grease needs to be changed. Asked for well done wings and they were horrible as well. Waste of money.
