The good thing is they always have fresh food so I can go back. I would highly recommend this to anyone who takes their cooking seriously.

Unfortunately they are not doing as well as in the past. We got shrimp today and she bagged it up and sealed it tightly before giving it to us, got home and it wasn't fresh. Had to take it back, it smelled terrible. She argued with us about it and we had to show her she was selling out of date food. Sausage in the freezer had a sell by date of 6/15/2023, no joke. Won't be going back for a while. Truly hope they stop selling out of date food, make sure you check it.

This was the NASTIEST gumbo I've ever eaten in my LIFE... I drove 25 minutes from Madison to this market. I was under the impression the gumbo was made fresh, however it was frozen in a freezer under some other sea food products. I will NEVER purchase this gumbo again. This was more like soup than actual gumbo. This was the worst $13.07 I ever spent and regrettably can't get back. I would not recommend anyone EVER purchasing this atrocity. The consistency was slimy, the seafood tasted old, and like the bottom of the ocean floor. Do me a favor and NEVER eat this SLOP! If I could rate no stars I absolutely would.
