Jailah at the Arby's in South Parkway was very rude. When I pulled up to the window, no one said anything for a while, so I just said, " Hello?" She replied with," I can hear you. If I'm not speaking to you, you just have to wait. "When I asked her, " how are you doing?"She said " you don't need to know all that. Just order"I pulled up to the window and just stayed silent and gave her my card and she was still very upset for some reason. There was no hello, thank you, here's your card. Nothing. She also made my car and food smell like weed since it was so strong on her clothes.My macaroni bites were also burnt. Unedible. Terrible experience. Will not be back.

Twice days apart now I've got to Arby's around 1 or 1:30 and they give people a stupid line that the system is down. How was your system down Friday until you left but up for the next shift and then down again on Monday... It's the same time too with the same people.I doubt that is a coincidence. Y'all are rude as well.

Seems like every time I get a beef and cheddar I’m given a regular roast beef sandwich, so I’m just paying more for a cheaper sandwich. Even when getting several of one thing, they always give different things than what you order. Someone needs to pay more attention to these simple details.
