I ordered this tonight before work for my family. The man said it would be a 15 minute wait. We waited about 22 minutes only to get home to NASTY uncookedfood! I am SO upset! The chicken was not done! It was no way I could take it back up there! The rice was AWFUL! The maccorni did not taste good either. The sides alone made me feel sick! I told my son, make sure you know that that chicken is done... because I don't think it's done... He is a child so just cause it was hot... But not understanding.... He ate three pieces of that chicken and before I could walk out of the door to go to work, he had thrown up 3 times!!!!! Gots to do better! If I had time I would have brought my food right back! Serving undercooked chicken with awful nasty sides that's making people sick is NOT where it's at!

The food was cold and nasty. I saw the worker in the restroom not wash his hands after using the toilet. It was disturbing to know that these are the ppl making our food. I'll never go to a Bojangles anywhere again.

The food is great when you get it, especially if they're busy. This location has gone downhill fast recently. Today, they seemed to prioritize drive-thru over dine-in customers. We only ordered a snack pack and drinks. We were second in line and we observed a guy give up after no one came to the counter for several minutes, leave, go through the drive-thru, and get his food while we waited over 20 minutes before giving up and getting a refund.

I visit this place fairly frequently as it close to my shop, the food is normally fresh & hot, but my complaint isn't about the food. My issue is the service, these are some of the most rudest people I've come across at a fast food joint. Most of them done even give you a hello, have a good day, or kiss my butt or anything! They just look at you as you are a huge inconvenience to them. I was in the restaurant to place my order, & as soon as I walked in I heard workers screaming & yelling at each other & the manager standing right there didn't do a thing to stop it even with a restaurant full of customers. Absolutely no excuse for people to be this rude to customers! Good food but terrible service!!
I must say A1 service was given the manager was so polite and professional....he made sure my food was on point....
