We snagged our reservations on Sunday, February 4, 2024 for Valentine’s Day. We arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes before our reservation time which our reservation time was 6:45. We were told it was 45 minutes to an hour wait time. The guest in front of us did not have reservations at all and were told 45 minutes to an hour. Needless to say we were unhappy and left. What’s the point in reservations if you are waiting the same amount of time as those who didn’t? I reached out to Bonefish directly and still no response.

Tuesday, Feb 6 @ 6:54pm. Unfortunately, unable to dine with them, because they are not offering dining in their dining room, only at the bar high tops. The hostess shared, they had just cut their servers and that was the only availability or we could wait a long time and would be very slow. No thank you, plenty other places to eat in HSV. Disappointed.

First time there with my wife, to see what all the rave was about. Rice was well overcooked green beans were not cooked enough and still had stems. The mahi-mahi was well overcooked and got about 1/2 teaspoon of butter, melted for the fish after the waitress brought the initial bread and drink, it was 27 minutes before they came back to take an order. I’m not too happy about it don’t think we’ll go there again.

She knows our ‘usual’ orders and provides “safe” suggestions when new items are available.Thank you, Sierra, for the great service and for keeping my wife safe while eating out. Bonefish Huntsville is our “Go-To” restaurant primarily due to Sierra’s attention to detail, her ability to remember my wife’s food allergies, and her unwavering friendly attitude.
