I ordered a number 10 which is an original chicken. The gentleman at the window was very polite but I opened up my sandwich and I have a sesame seed bun like a Whopper with a long chicken patty on it with no lettuce.
This location was almost at closing time and short staffed. The gentleman that took my order was kind and patient. When I got to the window...he explained there would be a delay, due to being short staffed and cooking fresh food. All my food was fresh and good

The service wasn't the problem. The food was hot and fresh. It just wasn't good. I've never had a syrupy sweet fish sandwich and I never want one again. I'll stick with burgers at BK from now on.
