We've been regulars at this store for at around 10 years and have generally found the food and the staff to be excellent. The facility itself is old and in need of renovation, but still highly recommended. They were unexpectedly closed when we stopped by today (2 Dec 23), but hopefully it's only temporary!

Ordered 3 meals, an appetizer and a gallon of tea. Did not receive the tea or the appetizer and the fish was charred beyond being edible, it was like eating used fire wood. Chicken was burnt and rock hard as well. Even the dogs wouldn't eat any of it. One meal had no sides, the other two had sad bits of scraps. It's like they just reached into the bin and filled our trays with trash. I called 5 times and nobody answered. Are there animals working there or something? How about hiring actual people with at least two brain cells.

I went into this place and I ordered the Butter dipped fish and the slaw for my side and a sweet tea. But I didn't eat all of the fish because I started feeling sick.
This location was horrible. The oil need changing. The fries were soggy and the hush puppies were under cooked. The only good thing was the cole slaw. I will not be back after spending over $50.
