We were in town last week for the funeral of my husband’s mother. A party of 18 family members (15 adults, and 3 little ones), we had made a reservation for a late lunch after the services. We arrived hungry, and had the pleasure of having Dayzha as our server, only Dayzha. What a fantastic job she did! From taking and serving our drink and food orders, she delivered efficient and timely service all while keeping her sense of humor and friendly smile. Thank you, Dayzha, for being that ray of sunshine on a rainy, sad day for our family.

Went out of our way to go here because we don't have them at home and had a great experience in Orlando when we were there.This was terrible! Our family of four was sat at a table in the bar area, I literally had to go to the bar and ask for refills on our beer more than once. Our order was taken without her writing anything down. We waited over a half an hour for our 3 entrees and the place was not busy. Two of three of our entrees were wrong, and came prepared with everything on them even though we asked for no mushrooms.Thank God the kids were sharing and they didn't order there own. No confidence it wouldn't have been screwed up as well. At this point it's 845 and we have no time to wait for new things to be prepared otherwise we may have said something. Terrible experience, bad customer service. I would not recommend.

The staff are trained to get customers out as quickly as possible. The server was at our table before we had time to eat the following in stages: appetizer, salads, and main entrees. We were rushed thru our food. We went in at 4 and we're done by 4:45. The atmosphere does not encourage customers to sit and enjoy each part of a meal.The Caesar salad was runny. You could not taste the lobster in the lobster ravioli. We hadn't eaten at Carrabba's since Virginia. This was very disappointing
