Server 3 was a nightmare! She became unglued and was absolutely rude at a simple request to heat up my tortilla chips. Literally, she yelled, "They're not cold. They're not cold!" A look of exasperation revealed vexation in her eyes. I should have left then but had already placed my order.Later, when I requested to speak to a manager, her reply was, "They're on break and won't be back until 5 o'clock." From start to finish, her customer service was deplorable. Brownish peaks displayed aging Guacamole - yuk! Plus, the restaurant was frigid. Paying nearly $30 for my meal was frighteningly excessive for the worst in customer service! Some notable moments were special! Warm quesadillas were delicious to taste as were the refried beans. Pineapple tea was island-like perfection. Thankfully, a few and only a few bright spots emerged. Moving forward, I think I would rather patronize the Casa Blanca on Hwy 72 W than the one at 7900 Bailey Cove Rd.

This used to be our favorite go to Mexican restaurant in South Huntsville because of the consistent great quality food and atmosphere but around three months ago they did a huge price increase on most of the items, especially the alcohol and margaritas. The margaritas have all roughly went up about 3X their original prices. I understand the need to raise prices due to inflation but the increase seems excessive, to the point where they have become almost the most expensive Mexican restaurant in town, even when compared to Rosie's. Great food but we have quit going because it's too expensive to rationalize.

Food was not very flavorful. The chicken was dry in texture.
