The food, service and whole place is amazing! They always have fresh flowers in the table and they are gorgeous. You can really tell the people care about their job because they are so kind and wonderful. Definetly would recommend!!Kid-friendliness: They have a playground and it is a very kid friendly space.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps and handicap parking.
Everytime I come here and my order is taken by one particular lady in the drive thru, my mood is dampened. She says the least she can say with the biggest attitude. I’ve pulled up multiple times and have heard her cussing or saying Jesus Christ. One time I pulled up and she was talking under her breath about strangling her manager because she couldn’t use the bathroom right then. It would be different if it was a one time occurrence but something happens like this EVERYTIME she takes my order. I also have friends and co workers who come to this Chick-fil-A and they say they’ve had similar experiences. Why is she still hired here? Or anywhere?

Glad to have a play area for my 7 year old now that Huntsville Mc Donald's got rid of all play areas. Their iced coffee and frozen lemonades are amazing. They mix it with ice cream. Great treat for a special occasion. Chick Fil A staff are always very friendly no matter what location you visit.Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for kids

Very high quality food, but location is way too small to serve the number of guests they cram in there, both in terms of the dining room and the parking lot (had to wait for the drive thru line to go a bit to be able to get into the parking lot to park and dine in). Staff have little regard for personal space when cleaning, greatly subtracts from ambiance.

This Chick-fil-A is prob one of the busiest in town but they seriously dropped the ball the day we were there. Very dirty and had to ask for everything that the Madison location just has out for everyone. The one in Madison close to us puts this one to shame big time.
The girl taking the orders outside was very rude and had a real smart mouth,I reported her to management but he didn't seem too concerned either,I have worked in the food industry for over 30 years,and her rude behavior for no reason is unacceptable,I come here a lot but as of this morning,I will not be coming

Please hire people that can add and subtract. I was coming through the drive-thru and gave the kid a $5 gift card and a dollar bill. Total was $5.54. in the end he never gave me any change and told me I actually owed him .04 but not to worry about it. I pulled around to the window where you get your food and told them. They came back three times just to check my story and then they asked me to pull up to the side for you to wait for my change. There was a register right there and I asked her why she didn't just grab it out of that. She said it had to come out of the money of the guy who I gave it to. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Now, another teenager as the manager and she has no common sense either because she could have just gotten it from the kid and put it back in the register she took it from but instead she made me sit there and wait for 15 minutes while they're figuring it out. And by the way... I never did pull forward. I told her that if they're going to make me wait then they're going to make everybody else wait. Please Chick-fil-A, do your customers a favor and hire people that understand common sense. I'm not kidding about the time I had to wait.

I love Chick-fil-A. I stop about once a month. I've been to this location at least a half dozen times. Yet, something is lacking. The staff is always friendly, but inside they don't really know the ordering monitor, vs the stellar associates outside weathering the weathe. The fries are always heavier, which is sad really.But I still keep going.

TOTALLY PURE PERFECTION!!!Vegetarian options: There are many items that are vegetarian. My favorite is the salads. They are delicious. You can request any salad on the menu with NO meat. Everything here is delicious!Dietary restrictions: There are healthy options here. Get on their ap and look for the information and ingredients lists to see what works best for you. Remember, their salad are AWESOME!Kid-friendliness: Great place to take your kids for delicious food and enjoy some time together. Chick Fil A never disappoints.
