I’ve been in line for over 30 minutes. Got out of drive thru for online order and got out of line so I could confirm my order to find out they’re out of hash browns and eggs? WHO is in charge of the supply chain??? There were no visible employees outside to take orders. Now after waiting for an additional 15 minutes they’re refunding.

Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? The food is always delicious, the service is outstanding and friendly. It would be nice to see the menu before a server is asking me what I'd like in the drive thru though. But I understand the reasoning behind it. Having a server take your order is nicer than yelling it into a speaker.
Normally I appreciate Chick-fil-a and their employees no matter where I go. The stores are always clean, the people are friendly and they are rather proficient at dealing with the crowd in line. This one at corner or Wynn and University, the kids need some remedial training. One kid standing doing nothing while one is doing double time taking orders at the drive-through. And the lady that gave us our food looked like she was sucking on a persimmon. She must have been having a bad day and should have been sent home.
Good food and the staff are so friendly. Great way to start the morning.

The service was impeccable, the lady cashier kept apologizing for my 'delayed' order, (I honestly was not bothered, I did not even notice my order was delayed?) which I thought was very thoughtful of her. The chicken sandwich was amazing with the honey roasted BBQ sauce. Thanks Chick fil A, keep it up!

Fast and friendly service just awesome. Change from five stars to one. Reason the cashier had taken my order and I ordered a avocado lime ranch, five ranches and one Polynesian sauce with order she did not tell me it was extra but it was still on my receipt and I expected to be with my food when it came to my table, so when the server came out with my food I noticed that my ranch wasn’t on the tray so I let her know she then asked to see my receipt and told me they changed extra for the avo.ranch but it was on my receipt so she when back and then I guessed what may have been the manager said that if I wanted the avo.ranch then it would be and additional charge. So that see like a Chick-fil-A problem that they failed to tell me upon taking my order and since it was on my receipt they should’ve honored it. I know it doesn’t matter to them but they just lost four good customers.
