Just left...hardly any pizza for the buffet...many workers just standing around...several customers asking for pizza...they made to go orders a priority not for the ones coming in for the buffet.

Went in on a Saturday at 4:30pm, no pizza on the bar. They kept making pizza for the to-go orders, dine in customers had to ask for pizza and dessert to be made. Waited at the counter with plates for 15 minutes for pizza, 45 minutes later still no brownies. When asked about them, the older brown head lady making pizza had an attitude, yelled at the young gentle who cleans the tables, who was asking for the customers, as she threw her hands up at him to leave the area "The more they ask the longer its going to take." NO MA'AM I walked out before I made a scene. That pisse me off. We came for food, we paid for food. You should not tell the customers they need to wait and stop asking for things that should be served already. There was NO REASON that lady should have been acting like that. If you are not happy with serving customers, go get another job. Picture of the pizza bar we waited 20 minutes at 15 after we asked for pizza.... And found a picture of the lady who had an attitude.

The food was very delicious. The staff was great; friendly and helpful but very disorganized. The atmosphere was fine too.More about this disorganization though lol....first you must know that we arrived at 8:30pm and the manager was explaining to us the buffet closes at 9pm and the lobby stays open till 10pm. So we order our pizzas for the tables. Well it was put in as two different orders which is fine but our second order was accidentally put on the buffet. We are waiting for it to be remade for our table and well they made the wrong pizza. Then to cover it up they wanted to box the one off the buffet. We took it but realized it was missing toppings and it was a half great and half poor done job on the dough. (At this point you would think we are the most ridiculously picky people on earth!)Well the manager herself remade it and it was a beautiful well made pizza.Before I forget!!!! We could have skipped all this because the buffet was still up till 9:40. She even said she realized that the buffet wasn't taken down when it was supposed to.Kid-friendliness: It's a casual restaurant and they have games you can play. Have to purchase a game card through the Kiosk machine. My granddaughter had a blast!Wheelchair accessibility: It's a one level building and it's in a shopping complex. The ground is level.

The quality of the pizza has really gone downhill. I used to love this place. But the quality has drastically changed. So many other great pizza choices. This place should be a last resort of a least resort pizza craving place.
We arrived right when a large basketball group came in, the lady manager (didn’t get her name) was wonderful despite how busy they were. The Nashville hot chicken pizza was good.

This is the worst location in the history of CICI Pizza. The manager on duty needs to fired including front register staff. The literally just argued with us over water for free. The location was out of soda, and wanted to charge us for water. This place needs a revamp, we took our hard hard hard earned money elsewhere!

Went in 2 hours before closing and they told us we couldn’t order the buffet because they close the dining room 2 hours before store closing and only allow to go orders. We just left.
