Started with no one knowing how to run the cash register. The problem was resolved. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich paid 13.00 plus 15% tip for what the board reads out 9.75. Opened my bag on my way back to work and got a 9 dollar plain chicken sandwich and fries. I'm done eating here. Got ripped. For such a small menu and being the 2nd customer, there's no excuse to get it wrong. Tighten up!

Hot Honey Chicken sandwich advertised on the front door and at the order line as $8, but got charged $9.31. Huh? Food was okay for the price, but I am left confused by this discrepancy.

We ordered food at my job from this place, they did not get any of our orders right, everyone got the wrong food, and our names were not on the boxes. The food really not that great.

Food was okay, service was slow with a hint of attitude.

Great chicken sandwich, but the fries were too salty

A proper lunch staple. Decent price, has a rewards program, easy to access and is clean. Service is pretty quick too. The only reason it’s a 4 is that the main entrees aren’t anything special, but it’s definitely good enough for a lunch spot. Fries and house sauce are pretty good.

This is a great place for a quick lunch. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

A friend of mine and I were looking for someplace new and saw Dipwich. It looked interesting so we went in. It was really busy. Generally a good sign. We got in line in the standard waiting to order queue. I decided I wanted a cheeseburger. Who can pass up a thick medium grilled burger with melted cheese! The guy who took my order seemed nice enough, although I couldn't tell where he was looking... It was at this point my anticipation turned to horror! You see the whole time I had been in line I had been watching the grill. During this time I observed a lone hamburger patty sitting in oil cooking away. At this point it was about the size and thickness of a Jimmy Dean sausage patty! Much like the man from the episode of, "The Twilight Zone - To Serve Man" once I ordered I found out it was too late to turn back.... They took the meat out of its oil bath and put a handful of cheese on top. It seemed odd but what is not to like about melted cheese? Well I spoke too soon. They kept it on the grill until the cheese developed a hard shell like the Horta from Star Trek! Picture a sausage patty in the middle of a frisbee with the same texture! Ugh! They put it on a bun that was like a very wide man with a little hat! I extracted my burger from its, "hard shell" and I fed the shards to my friend who started to hum the original Monster Mash! The promise of a juicy thick gooey cheese burger were dashed! I was presented beef jerky in a hard shell! My special needs friend enjoyed the cheese frisbee and the fries were not bad. I gave it three stars because the other sandwiches looked good...

A great stop for lunch if you're near Redstone Arsenal. The cheeseburger is insane with the amount of cheese they put on it! The best part I think is the French fries which are cooked and seasoned perfectly every time.

This place was fantastic. You know how the pictures at food places always look better than the food itself? It's the total opposite here! The food is so much better than what you see on the menu. The chicken sandwich was delicious and kinda huge. It was great! I'll definitely be coming back.

I visited DipWich earlier this week to give it a shot. Located out on the arsenal, it's a bit out of the way for those not employed there, and the parking lot is kind of hard to navigate into, but I found they serve a pretty tasty sandwich for a VERY reasonable price, so that's pretty neat.Sharing a sort of strip mall with their sister restaurants (I believe all three are owned by the same group), Fiero and Rocket City Tavern, DipWich is on the more casual end. They have a hot bar with most of the meats already prepared. The decorations are updated, modern, and look pretty nice for a fast casual kind of place. You step into a line and order at the counter. The menu is fairly small, featuring all kinds of sandwiches: French dip, fried chicken, cheeseburgers, and more. The service was polite and patient with everyone going through the line and warm and appreciative at the cash register. I spotted them coming out to clean and wipe down tables once the line died down. Can't ask for much more.I selected a cheddar bacon chicken as my sandwich of choice and had their fresh fries as a side. Grilled chicken, generous bacon, and melty cheese and Parmesan butter on sourdough made for a great combination, and the fries were plentiful, hot, and fresh. They went well with the creamy, horseradish-y dipping sauce. Maybe, ideally, the fries would be a little crispier and the chicken cutlet a little thicker, but overall a very, very solid option, especially for the price - $7.50! Even though I didn't get a drink, I still think that's crazy good for the size and quality of my meal, especially nowadays. So good it just might be the long drive back out there. ;)

Not bad if you're in the area! The sandwiches we got were just satisfactory but the fries and chips were a little better. The sauces they served with our meals were quite yummy-I wish we had gotten the names. All in all I would stop there again for a quick bite.

Love this place. Close to the arsenal and quick service. The French Dip and Brisket sandwich are wonderful. The Au jus was average but the beef was tender and flavorful. The baguette was perfect for dipping. The brisket is tender and melts in your mouth. The barbecue sauce rounds out the flavors nicely and pairs well with the cheese. The fries are good and crispy and pair well with their store made sauce. Overall I love it, although my waistline sure won't. The price is fair with the sandwich, fries, and drink coming in at right about 10$.
