This has got to be the absolute worst Domino's in the city. They don't bother to answer the phone at all. I literally waited 30 minutes to try and speak with someone about our order that was messed up. They got 1 of the pizzas wrong and left 3 things off of the order. I finally went up to the store and still had to wait another 45 minutes for them to make the correct pizza and the other items. Two other people came back in with wrong orders. Apparently, they just turn the phone off and have people waiting on hold forever. This store has been consistently bad for the last year. I don't think they even care about the bad service that they provide. Corporate or somebody needs to seriously take a look into what goes on at this store.

The employee on Mastin Lake are very rude and unprofessional. As far as the food the pizza crust was soft and I ordered thin crust and super greasy.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. The General Manager is RUDE and talks over you when you are trying to explain what happened. I was told my food would be delivered in about let's say 40 minutes total but then the same person called back and said they will not deliver to my address after dark. The GM then said they will not deliver to me AT ALL. Will never again try to order from here.

Spent 40$ including tip for 2 large Brooklyn style pepperoni pizzas, the slices literally are smaller than my hand. Called them up manager wouldn't speak to me at first and demanded I bring the pizza back to them after paying delivery while other domino locations if I had an issue I can submit pictures and they would compensate the issue accordingly. 10/10 would not order from again and get disrespected by the manager that kept insisting I drive to them and I was interrupting her. She said "our delivery drivers don't deliver remade pizzas" I responded "last time this happened I was able to get a credit" then she would raise her voice saying "stop interrupting me sir stop interrupting." She paused like she finished her sentence and I responded with information of my previous experience with dominos that was good and she just got irate. Never ordering from this location again. I just wanted what I paid for and not have to spend gas after paying for their gas.Check my pizza profile, Ive only every complained at another location once and it was almost a year ago.

They didn't put the food on clean parchment paper when it came out of the oven. My free emergency pizza was still almost three dollars because I didn't want the tomato sauce (I'm pregnant it gives me heartburn) sauce should be included with bread bites but it's apperantly an extra charge. the staff was rude.

We have been ordering from here lately and love it everytime. Food is hot. Not overly greasy, and it’s FAST. The staff when I go to pickup are always kind and I love ordering pizza from this location. Thank you.

I don’t know why I keep giving them chance after chance. It’s absolutely ridiculous. My pizza was smashed and all of the top of it was on the top of the box.
Stayed on the phone for over an hour for an pizza that was incorrect I just wanted my pizza they never answered at all ?
