I usually have no problems getting my order in a timely manner, and I know with the roads not being perfect,and the possibility of being short staffed. I've been more than understanding on the time frame,but once it got close to 3 hours I was getting upset. I had placed my order for my pizza at 5:47pm by 8:25 pm I got an update on the tracker saying my pizza was being remade. Thats not the best customer service. Had you called me(or answered my call when Ive been on hold and waiting)and said our system is messing up or we're short staffed etc I would of have been even more understanding, but then when I finally got ahold of someone on the phone I was hung up on. 3+ hours is ridiculous. Will not be returning. Terrible customer service.

We had to wait on AT&T to install fiber at my mother-in-law's house today. It took longer due to the age of the house. We were hungry and a friend went to Domino's to pick up medium 3 topping pizzas. When she came back, she said the pizzas cost more than she thought they would. We all had a laugh as she was holding large pizzas with 3 toppings. Hubs was glad since he was starving he said. The thin crust pizzas were good. They could have used more toppings! : ) For a quick lunch they filled our tummies. If you like thin crust pizza, Dominos has a good thin crust.
