Not worth the 1 star review. Will never recommend eating here. We attempted to order delivery from this store and waited over an hour for delivery when the estimated time was under an hour. Which we understand things happen and delays can happen, so we call the store to inquire about our order. The staff member immediately told us without taking any of our information that our order is on its way as the driver just left 5 minutes ago. We assumed they must just have caller ID and knew who we were. We waited nearly 30 more minutes before calling again for a second time to inquire what may have happened. The woman who we spoke to who claimed was management needs a lesson in customer service and shouldn’t be in a leadership role as she sets a poor example for how good customers should be treated. Her rude attitude is less than appealing to want to eat at this place again. And she was rude for no reason. I can see if we were disrespectful and rude to her but we weren’t. And we were more than patient and understanding. But this woman straight lied claiming they attempted to call us 3 times and we never answered the phone. We sat here with phones in hand. No calls received which means no missed calls. She continued to rudely inform us after we waited all this time that they were out of bread for our subs and out of wings as well. If this was the case why didn’t they tell us that when we called to inquire about our order the first time. If they would have done there job correctly the first time around none of this would have happened and they wouldn’t have lost a previously reoccurring customer. Donatos, do better in your hiring AND training process bc your customers deserve better.

I wish I could leave a negative star rating, but unfortunately I have to leave this place a single star review which is too generous. I placed an online order at 6:40pm with an estimated delivery time of 50 minutes. When the delivery driver didn't arrive after 1hr and 10min I called the store. I was told the driver left 5 min ago and was on his way. When he didn't arrive after another 30min I called the store to inquire for a second time. I was never rude but the manager in which I spoke to this evening was not nothing but rude and a liar. She claimed they attempted to call my phone 3 times to inform us that they were out of buns for the sub and out of wings that I ordered. If they did try to call my phone they called the wrong number. She offered no option to correct their mistake and just hung up the phone. There mistakes could have been forgiven, but the lies and unnecessary attitude towards a respectful customer that has used their business numerous times just lost a customer.

I want to give a big shout out to Marvin at Donatos Pizza in Huntsville. This was one of the only restaurants open today, and since we were going a little bit stir crazy we decided to go out to eat for the first time since the ice storm.
Marvin encouraged us to come in, was extremely helpful with our questions about the menu, and thanked us multiple times for coming in.
BONUS: They had Christian music playing while you dine in with them.
If you’re in Huntsville and craving a good thin crust pizza, stop in and say hey to Marvin. I’ll be going back.

the last two times we ordered there were issues. the first time donatos didn't make the order correctly. the second time it wasn't ready when the app said it would be; in fact it had just gone into the oven when it should have been ready. not busy, so no excuses.

I ordered a sausage/pepperoni pizza. It was hot, but burned all around the crust on the bottom. Donatos, hire better employees because your lack of management skills at the Huntsville store is showing in YOUR poor choice of candidates.

Ordered my pizza which was to arrive at 11:20. It's well past noon now and I cannot get a hold of anyone at the store. Called several times and I can literally hear the cashier pickup the phone and hang up.They had no issue charging my card right away though.
