The single most important thing when ordering hot coffee at a drive-thru is to make sure the lid is tight. The second most important thing is to make the coffee exactly as it was ordered online. The third most important thing is to have your online order ready when ordered ahead via their app. They fail at least one of these 30% of the time.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts in Huntsville, but over the last year their service and quality in coffee has gone from great to disgusting. The coffee is never consistent. It’s never the same never never never never never the same, and I order the same coffee every day, I have since started going to the South Parkway, Dunkin, where my coffee consistency Has been Much better! I don’t live close to the south parkway Dunkin’ Donuts but I make the drive out there more often than not because I know I’ll get what I order from there. I just went to the north parkway this morning and as expected my coffee was NOT what or how I ordered it! It’s gross waste of $5 again! Picture added to see my order on the cup and to see that what’s in my cup you can visually see is missing cold foam and cinnamon sugar, and if you could taste it then you could taste no vanilla, no sugar , just a burnt espresso taste ??? so disappointing when you live on a budget and you spend the last of your weekly coffee budget and it’s gross and you can’t even get a new one! This is why I wish they would get it together! I like when Moriah worked there! She made the best drinks ever!

If you do not have Dunkin Midnight, stop selling it. Most mornings I have to wait for it to be made, but this morning I was served hot water flavored with coffee. Only tasting after settling down at work. No answer at the location...

Every time I have been in this store, they have donuts on the counter. they make coffee incorrectly. today they said that they were not doing service inside! drive thru only they are very slow. I will not go back. Dunkin has been falling apart.
