I came in to get a tasting and plan my wedding cake. They started us out with 4 cupcakes. Most of which, we're delightful. However, the idea I had for my cake, which was a 2 tear with fondant and very simplistic was turned down because they don't have a baker that does fondant. I was told the manager can but is trying to stay away from baking cakes. You work at a bakery. I was also informed that I would have to bring in my own gold flakes for the cake and place the flowers myself....read full review
Our daughter was visiting us for a week from Ireland, she wanted to go to Edgar's for brunch .We went around noon the restaurant was not busy at all.We went to the register to place our order , the lady spoke so low we could not understand a thing she said .We ordered 2 cappuccino and a mocca, when the coffees were ready I guess common practice is to stand by register and yell until people come to get their coffee instead of just delivering it to the table , it took a few times...read full review

Everything about this place is above average. Excellent customer service even in times of increased business. The waiter and cashier made sure we were taken care of. I do wish however the building was a tad bit warmer. The food was great and hot upon arrival to my table.
