Sandwich was tasty, but it doesn't seem like they are putting as much meat on it

Bring back the hot sauce bar and I’ll be back. This used to set Firehouse apart from the other sub joints, but now just the same. And when you ask for hot sauce packets it’s like you are bothering them and they give you maybe just 2 of standard run-of-the-mill sauce packets.

Fast, friendly service and the Philly subs were great! A little pricey, at $43.00 for 3 subs, tho.

Paid $13.30 for the worst sandwich I have ever tried to eat, the italian sandwich, bread was hard, no onions were available, had to ask for tomatoes, 1 small piece of shredded lettuce then when asked about missing Ingredients they had an attitude and stated we have no onions, which I was not told when I ordered they were out of onions, then when I sat down to eat they began talking about me coming up to get missing Ingredients, very unprofessional and the atmosphere in the restaurant changed to uncomfortable. I will never eat at a firehouse restaurant again and recommend that you don't either. This was at 3022 Memorial Pkwy. Location in Huntsville. I really hate this because it's/was one of my wife's favorite places for a hot sub.

Dirty restaurant. Worst customer service ever... guy with the dreads taking orders never greeted, never said one word to me. Started at me when the receipt was printed, laid the receipt down in front of him, continued staring at me while taking a phone call, then finely gave me my receipt. Not sure why he is such an unpleasant person.Gentleman making the sandwiches, tall bald guy, is solid... he did well.

Ordered the King’s Hawaiian pork & slaw & I did not get what was advertised, it looks like they used bread rolls from the store to make one whole sandwich. The Hawaiian bun is what makes this sandwich, so if the Hawaiian buns were sold out I should’ve been made aware of that once I came to pick up my order. The sandwich didn’t even taste the same because of the bread, this was a waste of my points.

Subs were great as always. No large cups were available for my order, so I got less than I paid for, but that was a minor inconvenience. ?
