The blonde bartender with the glasses was more interested in talking to her friends instead of serving drinks. She was upset that I didn’t tip up to her standards on the first round of drinks, which the male bartender fixed and did a decent job. So I go for second round and she fixes the worst drink my friend has ever had and gave me a double of vodka in a condiment cup. I said I got a double in a glass the last time and she said since I tipped so poorly that I’m stuck with her now. I told her to take that sauce cup back where she got it from and she charges me $6.66 for the worst drink ever. Where I was charged 6.50 for the same drink earlier she up-charges me to 6.66 which is obviously the mark of the beast but oh well. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all because of the poor service from this woman. I have receipts if they would like to respond I’m ready to discuss anything they would like to discuss.

Service was beyond terrible. Food wasn't bad once we were able to snag someone to order it.

Certainly not like the good old days and definitely not like the one on Meridian street. Stopped in today for a late lunch. There were three guys at the bar and no one dining in. We sat down and two waitresses asked what we wanted to drink. One person was a trainee. When we're ready to order, I guess the manager was with the trainee. It was a simple order/ tenders, lettuce wrap and wings (half lemon pepper/ half sweet spicy). The dining area was still empty but it was a pretty good wait. The waitress brings out the wings. Ok... just the wings. Never ever have I had a wing with a boat load of lemon and pepper. They were dry and they tasted horrible. Im sure that's not how they usually serve them to customers. While we were waiting for the rest of the order, a worker came from the kitchen, went outside and returned with a dog. She took the dog in the kitchen. (Violation). Now, I own dogs, but they're not in my kitchen when I cook for guest. I also know the health department would have had them written up on the Nasty Kitchen's list. The dog never left the kitchen. The rest of the order finally came. The tenders were hard as a rock, fries dark brown and the tai lettuce wrap was dry old chicken on a pile of shredded carrots. We made it through the meal and figured that it wasn't worth complaining. Another couple came in and they received five times the attention. I won't speculate. I asked the manager for a to go. It was scraps for the pets. Fifteen minutes later and we can see the two waitress and manager at the kitchen door talking. The manager returns and I had to remind her again of the to go and please give us a refill. This meal and the service was terrible. I left a 1.00 tip and that was kind.

Came for New Years Eve, they false advertised food and drink specials. Manager didn't even have enough class to come speak to us when we called them out on it. Do not trust them!!!!
The food was priced well for what you get. It was okay. The service was great, and Allison was attentive.

The food here is horrid. I’ve gotten three or four things all of which were freezer burnt and tasted awful except for the pizza, which was old. My 13 year old son ate it but again he’s a 13-year-old boy and he’ll eat anything. People that attend there seem very stuck up the bartender was OK but she never checked on me without me having to ask her to . Would I recommend this place? no but I have to say in Huntsville. I’ve never had a problem in Providence CVS was horrible and this place is awful. I think as long as you stay out of Providence, you’ll be fine.
