They were fluffy and light cupcakes. However, the sweetness of the icing was a bit much, especially considering the amount of icing on the cupcake. I love sweets, but I was hoping for something a bit more balanced. Overall, it was definitely not bad, but I've had better.

I love this place. The cupcakes are always fresh, delicious, in addition to the fact that they are always fresh. The woman (sorry, I'm bad with names) that works here is great on service and she is super friendly and makes everything super comfortable and she is the most patient, ever! The store is always squeaky clean and set up beautifully!

I've always had a perfect experience at every Gigi's cupcakes location and this was no exception. Service is perfect, selection was perfect, and cupcakes are fresh and delicious.

I was really disappointed in the cupcakes that I received. I purchased three: lemon-I expected that beautiful tang you get in your mouth when you take that first bite-there was none. The frosting tasted watered down, the was cake flavorless. Second cake , a smore- topping beautiful and flavorful- again, the cake was dry. The third I purchased for my spouse-a German chocolate- thumbs down: no favor, cake dry as a bone! It's great that GiGi's makes their cupcakes a delight for the eyes; they need to spend more time making them a delight for the tummy as well. Either someone needs more training, or they are putting out day-old cupcakes.

I went at 6:40 last night after looking forward to getting gigi’s for a week. Now keep in mind the website and maps both say they close at 7:00 but when I get there they were closed. I’m highly disappointed.
