Wonderful, Generous portions lovely cooked I had the gross combination platter Peter was so buttery and delicious I had the combination so I got lamb and chicken and a nice portion of f***** up that afterwards highly recommend it

This was a great AUTHENTIC Greek experience. I truly enjoyed the talk with the owner today and discussing Shwarma and Gyro and traditional Greek food. I promised to write a review I got time and the wife and I had a chance to try the food. I can honestly say it was very delicious. A little more salt than I'm used to but omg it was delicious. the rice was terrific, the homemade Tzatziki sauce was very authentic and the best I've ever had. I literally ate both sauces (my wife doesn't do cucumbers) by themselves but I did save a tad for my delicious gyro. Man I wish I had a gallon of that sauce and 3lbs off that meat because it was simply the best. I've had authentic Greek gyros from up north in Indiana and this was even better. Do yourself a favor and stop in next to Aldi's on University and Sparkman drive and give them a shot. Big Papa Gyros has COMPETITION and I will DEFINITELY be back in the future. I'll let my boss know to give them a shot one Friday for lunch once we get back to normalcy. I promise y'all won't forget this experience. Talk to the owner of you have time. He genuinely cares and had a wealth of knowledge.

I ate here a few days ago. If you like gyros, you gotta check out the food here. Best pita bread in town IMO, and the meat comes down to preference. The beef-lamb gyro competes with the best stuff in town, and the chicken is easily the best in town.

This was not good Greek food. The meat was all dry. It was overpriced for the amount the platters came with. The person working the register also made the food so it took forever to get served. They even charged for water. I would not recommend this place.

This place is phenom. It looks like nothing special but oh my goodness it is. Exactly what you want for a lunch or early dinner. Real food with real flavor in a timely manner for a great price. Ive been to a lot of gyro places and this one is among the best, most authentic, and most friendly of all of them. I'm in town three more days, so that means I can get at least three more gyros.
