I had a cinnamon roll and it was perfect. It was so nice an worm fresh. Soft drink was great. The inside was very clean an the table tops were wiped down very well. ?I could tell by looking that the kitchen area was also very clean. Very nice girl took my order an was filled promptly.Even the restrooms were clean an stocked. Overall it was the best fastfood restaurant I have been in in a while.Not even any trash in the parking lot.Seem like the crew was working together to take care of every customer weather walking in or the drive thru. This restaurant was working like a fine old machine. Ever the manager said good morning to me, an a fue other people inside.Parking: The drive thru was moving rite along that I seen.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp was near the door

We go to the Hardee's near our house alot. Almost every morning to get a drink because they have the best fountain drinks. I went by this morning and I wanted a pie. I couldn't find it on menu. I asked the lady what kind of pies do y'all have? She kept saying I don't know what you're talking about in a rude tone once again I asked her again and she was like apple and it's in the menu once again in a rude tone... I believe she was the manager I never seen her in there before so she may be new, I'm not sure. It was just really inappropriate for her to be that rude because I asked a simple question. We go in there a lot and never had an issue with a employees being rude, it was totally uncalled for her to be rude like that rude because I didn't see something on the menu. I was like I'm sorry I didn't see it on the menu, She didn't say anything but told me my total..

Fairly quick service. Got there early early and the staff was still smiling and polite. Not grumpy and gritty.
Honestly... I have held back on offering a review of this place for a decade, aside from a 1*. But... bar none, this is consistently the worst fast food restaurant I have ever gone to.I went once early for breakfast and that was ok. That is why food gets 2*But every other time the order gets screwed up, the food is cold or downright inedible, the service is not just lackluster but nonexistent, and the atmosphere? Vacuum.

They don’t take tap pay in the drive thru? Ok whatever I’ll come in. M You do realize it’s 2023? You mean to tell me after Covid you don’t offer a hands free way to pay in the drive thru? Ok simple solution I’ll park come in and pay. Wait what? The doors are locked at 7:39am in a Friday? So I can only pay via wooden nickels at the drive thru and the only alternative you have given me is not an option for a unknown reason. Ok at that point could you not have lifted your little reader up to the window and let me tap my phone to it? I see the cord is long enough. We live in the most technology driven city in the country and y’all can’t figure out hands free transaction through a drive thru? Not trying to put a man on mars here, not inventing the wheel or the internet just would like to pay how I pay at every other Hardee’s at EVERY other fast food place I’ve been to. They seemed to have solved the riddle or are trying to spread disease and misery instead of smiles and sausages? ;). Frfr very disappointing
