I went through the drive through this morning and when I got to the window the worker took my credit card and ran it and walked away. A different worker came to the window and asked me what my order was so I told her. She handed me the food and as I started to drive off she stopped me saying I hadn't paid. I told her I had that my card was run. She went and got the person that ran my card and they said that the card didn't run through so I gave them the card and they ran it again. When I got home I logged into my bank to look at the pending transactions on that card and sure enough it had been run twice. The first person ran my card to pay for the order of the person in the car in front of me then walked off. The second person saw my order on the screen and naturally didn't think I hadn't paid. Moral of the story at their drive thru do not tlet the person walk away from the window without giving you your receipt and be sure to check the receipt to make sure what you are paying for is actually what you ordered.
The hashrounds were undercooked in old grease. The Frisco sandwich was not toasted, gummy, fake tasting cheese and barely any meat. I was extremely disappointed.

The burgers look delicious on the menu, but the actual burgers look nothing like the picture.The patty was gray and chewy like it was steamed or microwaved. There were no grill marks on it like in the picture. It tasted flavorless. It seemed like it sat in a steamer for a long time.The picture showed cheese oozing out the sides of the burger, but in reality the cheese slice was much smaller than the bun. I had to disassemble the burger to verify it had cheese because no cheese was visible from the outside.The tomato was not even close to being ripe. It was almost transparent, not red.I asked for no mayonnaise, which is how the burger was made, but there were no other sauces on the burger. The picture shows some kind of red condiment like fancy ketchup, but none was on the burger.The fries were good.

Lobby was closed because they don't have enough workers to open the drive-thru in lobby I know that is not their fault but their attitude is. Was kind of rude it was kind of like hand in my card to a robot no people skills at all But mushroom swiss was great fries was hot Coke was a Coke so they just need to cheer up and just roll with it and have a better attitude especially when working with the public

My wife stopped there on her way home today and purchased 20 pieces of chicken and fries. That was some of the best chicken I have ever had! Check your bag before leave, no fries :-(
