“Lobby was closed because they don't have enough workers to open the drive-thru in lobby I know that is not their fault but their attitude is. Was kind of rude it was kind of like hand in my card to a robot no people skills at all But mushroom swiss was great fries was hot Coke was a Coke so they just need to cheer up and just roll with it and have a better attitude especially when working with the public“
“I would say that I’m impressed with this place I stopped by this morning and came inside to eat the guy at the register must be somewhat new however another employee roughly around the same age probably 16 to 18 had seen his coworker was struggling with the register and he watch over him for a min to allow him time to figure it out and he then jumped right in to help love going to a place and watching this younger generation helping each other“
“I hadn’t eaten at Hardee’s in awhile until about 4 months ago and I think I’ve visited this location for breakfast 4 times since and Hardee’s country fried steak and egg biscuit is still just absolutely wonderful. Usually I get there earlier than I did today and I’m the only car at the drive thru but today cars were wrapped around building and i was very impressed by how efficiently and quickly the line of cars kept moving and in no time I also had my order, hot, fresh and delicious and was on my way. But my favorite part about this Hardee’s has to be said. The man, the very nice man who works the window puts me in a good mood. His positivity and friendliness is contagious and he is ALWAYS top notch customer service. My morning experience with him is what has set the tone for this Friday and it’s gonna be a good day. “First time here. I ordered the bacon double cheese burger and fries with a drink. Food was good. Got plenty of ketchup. Bonus. The value was good. Service was above average than other fast food places I have been to. Bathroom was cleaned and well stocked. Recommend and Return. Happy Eating!“
