The lady at the window was very rude, she got a whole attitude with me for no reason. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, the food isn’t great, and it’s burnt. The customer service is always bad and the line is always long.

Second time here and I can tell you there won't be a third. Ordered coconut shrimp and sushi. The tempura batter on the shrimp was old flat and made it disgusting and inedible. If you order a specialty and pay ten dollars you would expect the dish to be made well the "fried rice" was just white rice with a smidge of soy sauce and some vegetables thrown in. It wasn't ever put in a skillet. I'm afraid to try the sushi since the rest was prepared so lacking in care lord knows if I'd survive eating it. Such a disappointment considering the first time I went wasn't bad (reason for two stars instead of one) twenty bucks down the drain, never again.

I ordered thru Grubsouth and had a sushi roll and the hibachi scallops. The sushi was decent. The scallops were completely inedible! I had to toss them out. It was like a mouthful of sand! When it was brought to the attention of Grubsouth and the restaurant, they refused to do anything to resolve this. They have lost my business permanently!

You will definitely get your money's worth from Hibachi Express. I ordered the steak & shrimp hibachi dinner and had enough left over for another meal. They do not skimp on the meat! I used the drive through but I did not see any customers in the dining room but do not know if it is closed.

Terrible Customer Service. I pulled up and I said Good Evening and the gentleman standing at the window walked away. A woman walks up I then said good evening. She said what do you want. I instantly said "nevermind" I pulled away. I normally look over the rudeness and just order but this needs to be addressed.

I tried this because it was close to where I was and normally I love hibachi. They have it set up for online order and drive they only. The food was ready when I pulled up. That's where the good stops. My steak was overcooked and gristley. The rice had eggs. Which irritated me because the menu didn't list eggs but listed the rest of the ingredients and lacked serious flavor. The gyoza were amazing and the best part of my meal.

1st time was GREAT’’..2nd time was HORRIBLE!!I’ve looked at past this place for a long time finally Decided to give a shot. I ordered honey chkn/fried rice. Portion was huge & best i had in awhile! So good went for 2nd time’, Alll to be Very Upset!! Ordered exact same thing! The chk was very Dry(hardly any sauce) as each peice was mainly batter, & Fried rice was Very Undercooked/Old! Payin 9.25$ for an horrible meal is just crazy!!!
