I did physical therapy for a strained back here and really feel it is a top notch organization! The therapists are all energetic, caring, smart, and encouraging! The building isn't much to look at as it's on the older side but don't let that taint your viewpoint. The equipment is in great shape and ready to help you help yourself heal! They offer training videos to watch for example one of my downfalls is having poor body mechanics, which means I herky jerky move through life and don't slow down to take my time and move properly. Yes there's a video for that! They give you handouts for home exercises which are very beneficial and can be done with various strengths of large "rubber bands" for resistance. The best part of your therapy here? They have massage tables, just like your favorite masseuse, on which you lay, in my case, face down, and they apply an aspirin based ointment and use a device to shoot the aspirin right to your area of pain! Phenomenal! Each daily 2-week session wrapped up with this therapy! It was great! A fantastic 15-20 minutes experience leaving you wanting more. Thanks physical therapy at the medical mall! I'm happy not to need you currently, but glad you are still going strong!

WOW what a difference from the Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care facility...! I went to my Primary Care Physician (Dr. Hensen) with my ankle dilemma and she and her staff were AWESOME! She immediately recommended an x-ray at the medical mall and that went as smooth as crap though a goose. I was processed by Angela, a lady who could not have been more professional and courteous. I had the great experience to witness two outstanding health care providers at their best, Tiffany (Front Desk) and Dillan (x-ray). Just great service. What a great TEAM! I was in and out in less than one hour. I am sched for an MRI tomorrow and I hope that all goes as well as today.

Older, dirty facility. There wasn't even a pace to hang a jacket while one is sitting down to get undressed/dressed in the changing room.

I had to come here to get a CT scan. They have everything set up to move efficiently and keep people limited in the facility. I was in and out within 30 minutes which was really surprising! You pull up to the white tent to check in. They take your temperature at the door.
