Trying to make a pick up order and pay cash. Site won’t let you and when I call they demand payment over the phone. I’m not sitting and waiting for a to-go order in person when you could prepare it while I’m on the way. Yall missed out on my whole workplace’s breakfast order.

Fuq it, you grown ahh men in that kitchen need retraining. Our order just arrived via Doordash, and the pancakes separated like sheets of paper, it was burnt smelling, how do you send pancakes with the centers hard as a brick, but the outer semi soft, the omelette was ok but it stank could've been the cheese but it stank, I just all our money refunded and yes that trash is in the trash!!! Corporate probably doesn't care about losing money but when you losing customers one at a time they add up eventually. Managers need to be reprimanded for not even being smart enough to have someone check quality of food before sending out!!!

This was my first time eating at this University Drive location since the PreCovid days. There were only two waiters on the floor taking orders. It was a Sunday in March, and it's wasn't super busy. The male waiter said he and the female waiter were from Africa. They were super sweet!The food was disappointing, though. We waited about 25 mins for our food, and the waffle I had didn't have much taste even with the syrup. My son ordered an Oreo waffle. I tasted a piece, and it was okay. Just a bunch of sweet cream on a waffle.I was not impressed. My son loves eggs, so he enjoyed them and asked for another order of eggs.My chicken fajita omelet had way too much cheese on it. It didn't have that authentic fajita taste. I ate it because I was hungry.The bathrooms were not very clean in my opinion. They were fair. No trash bag in the trash can. Tissue on the floor. Cleanliness in a restaurant is very important in any establishment, especially a restaurant. We have to do better Huntsville IHOP.

Had 3 servers look at me and all 3 went the opposite direction. The lady who finally came to the front and handing me my to go order was rude. The meat on the pablano eggs Benedict was dry, like it was yesterday's meat. I ordered potatoes and they gave me hashbrown, and they were not cooked all the way. Obviously going to ihop during the week is not a good idea. We were there Sunday and had an amazing server and great food.it was a waste of money, it was disgusting. It went to the garbage. Nothing like having a craving from your past experience all for it to be disgusting.
