Delicious food as usual. Had a drive-through lady speak really fast yesterday morning and was rude to my wife in the drive-through and didn't even say thank you, have a nice day nothing. I typically eat at the Jacks off Hughes Road in Madison and they are always super kind and the food tip top. Normally this location is great and this morning was really good. Only had one incident yesterday which is why I didn't give the service 5 stars.

A pleasant surprise. Stopped in and really appreciated the friendliness of staff and the food was wonderful. The price was impressive as well. Giving the Colonel a run for their money. Looking forward to more visits.
Went inside today because line outside was extremely Long!!I have only two Questions : Why is it that the person inside making your food Has On No Gloves!!!Why do you guys put food open in Those Trays please use smaller boxes or trays that can be covered I’m sure people would appreciate it

Jack's on Jordan Ln is a great place to eat and the morning crew is the best in the business!!!
They put mayo on my burger when I specifically asked for no mayo. I think everything here in Alabama comes standard with mayo on it , even the Sprite. Lol.
