Pretty pricey for a deli. The salad bar is usually better but this trip it wasn't good because there wasn't many people there that night so some of the vegetables were getting soft and lettuce wilty sitting there so long. No excuse really. Still need to keep everything fresh.

The food is very good for a deli. My issue is the lady who restocks the salad bar. I know she works hard, but she is very rude. She approached me and told me the manger, who was no where to be found, told her to tell me I needed to cut back on the number of boiled eggs I was getting. That is was getting ridiculous. I usually get 5 as I enjoy them. I go every few weeks, I only get a few other items in my to go, and it is not overfilled. My understanding, is you pay for the salad bar and can get what you want, wether it is all salad, eggs, muffins etc. I was not expecting to be publicly fussed at over my choices. Very embarrassing and very uncalled for!

Just remembering the time they operated for a week, staying open, while their hot water heater was broken. Meaning that the dishes were not being cleaned and sanitized properly. No telling how many customers they've made sick over the years with shoddy food safety scores.Frozen soups(fresh! Haha), inconsistent menu items and availabilty, ever increasing prices. They also love to treat their employees like trash and do their best to turn them against eachother (Like all families do.) All for a couple dollars an hour more.Good luck with them...Vegetarian options: Salad bar and a couple 'vegan' options. Be weary of cross contamination.Kid-friendliness: GM and other management oggling girls going to the tanning salon next door and making extremely inappropriate comments aloud. Will happily cuss out an employee in earshot of the dining room.Dietary restrictions: Cross contamination aplenty. No matter your specification. Be weary.

This is one of the best salad bars in Huntsville. Great service, fresh food, and great selection!

I went back today and it was amazing! I got the salad bar and I asked Janet if they still had the quinoa on the bar. She let me know why it wasn't there anymore, but they had plain quinoa. She brought me a small bowl of it! Thank you Janet for going out of your way to help me. Have a wonderful day! We WILL be going back.Dietary restrictions: I'm no dairy, no grain, no sugar, no egg, no beans

The food is outstanding. The salad bar is famous in Huntsville for the great variety and quality of ingredients. The environment is fairly plain, with nice booths, but there is no particular "atmosphere" as such. A special aspect of the physical restaurant, however, is the lovely, covered outdoor eating area.Plus, everyone, regardless of purchase, can get as many free soft-serve ice cream cones as they can hold.

Highly disappointed. Haven't eaten at this location for sometime. Has been great in the past. I ordered a tuna melt with spinach, tomato, onion and peppers. They left off everything and didn't include a pickle because I bought a side. When I reported my findings, I wasn't offered a refund. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Have gone to Jason’s deli many times. It use to not cost as much as it does now but I don’t know if I can be mad because the food is so good. It is a lot but the servings are decent and I usually have some to take home. This trip we got two one trip salads, the California club with fruit, the Ruben with fruit, & 2 drinks. Total cost was $50. They have a really good salad bar. I wish they would have chopped carrots instead of whole baby carrots though. This has become a place where we personally can only go for a special occasion. I love it, the atmosphere, but just not too crazy about the prices. Still I’ll be back on another special occasion. I’d totally recommend to anyone.

The food and service was excellent but I visited here on 03/09 for a birthday lunch. (Around 2pm) While I was eating there was an older woman working there with blondish hair and glasses that was treating her employees like garbage. I could hear it from my table. She was walking up to everyone and berating them like a drill sergeant. I asked the cashier if that was her manager and she said that she was a supervisor. That is honestly ridiculous to be so disrespectful and cruel to the employees. I understand making sure the restaurant is running properly, but that isn’t the way to do it. You shouldn’t speak to other grown adults in the way she was. Not to mention there was less than 10 people in there and she was acting like she was operating a spaceship or something. I would’ve understood if all her employees quit on the spot because of her behavior.Totally unacceptable.

I took a team of employees to lunch at Jason’s, it was my first visit. The food was so fresh and tasty. The service was also spectacular. I will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Salad bar and made to order optionsParking: Open parking in a retail lot.

We probably made our final visit to Jason's today. We had a few problems the last few times but what we saw today is going to make someone ill. We arrived before the lunch crowd so we would have a choice of seating and the salad bar would be fresh. Well at least we got the seating part. The salad (lettuce) looked like it was left over from yesterday. Brown, wilted and sitting in about 2 inches of water. I waited around for awhile then had to go find the lady working the salad bar. I asked her to change out the lettuce and she was happy to do it. She then proceeded to scoop out all the old nasty lettuce and mix it in with the new stuff. It was sitting in that nasty water, soaking wet, brown and now contaminating the new pan of salad. We left. That's the last $28 Jason's is getting from us.

One in Birmingham closed down during Covid and this is my first time back in Jason's Deli. This location was great. Great service! MySon ordered BLT and came with tons of bacon. Loved it. Salad bar was good also.

This JD is much smaller than others which made the dining experience rushed. We felt the need to finish quickly because there were so many people coming in and there were not as many seats. The salad bar was stocked well and had all fresh items. Highly recommend the salad bar, I just wish they would come down in price. The Ruben was excellent as usual but the side of chips seemed stale.Overall the visit was pleasant with the staff being accommodating and friendly. The place was clean but crowded.

Their menu has changed with additions and tweaking of some of their older selections. The salad bar appeared well stocked and assorted items for just about every taste. The chicken wild rice soup, while good, seemed to be lacking in deep flavor. The white rice in the soup was a little mushy. But as always the finish to your meal, the ice cream was great. Frozen to the right degree, flavorful and oh so good.

Jason's Deli has the best sandwiches. No skimping on them and everything is fresh and delicious. Friendly and fast service.
