Honestly, this is the worst location in the Huntsville/Madison area. Go to Madison or University location! This location is privately owned and it shows. They skimp on protein. The vegetables are not fresh and they do not slice anything thin the way it should be! I bit into my sandwich and bit into an onion that was huge .... Drive to University or Madison location! Beware ....

They messed up my sandwich didn't follow online order instructions. Then I asked for sub because it was made but not on shelf and register employee gave attitude & rolled hire eyes at me, even though I informed that it was behind them 3 times. The worst Jersey Mike's in Huntsville.

This Jersey Mike's subs location is the best. The bread is the best bread for a sub. It's always fresh. They put in so much meat. I just wish the veggies were more not so thinly sliced. The staff is friendly and the store clean. Ps I have to fight lunch traffic 5 miles out of my way, passing other places to get lunch/subs. This is the only place for me. Well worth the drive.

Food is good, but can't take a 50 dollar bill to pay for food, that cost 36.00. The Mexican manager you have there is very rude. I was gonna leave a 5.00 tip but did not on account of her. I would think ya would be large enough place to give change back for a 50 dollar bill. Change your policy or I will not return to eat here. Might not anyway, because of rude manager.

He made a smart remark about how it would’ve been nice to know that beforehand, and I needed to tell him earlier ?

Don't really ever go to JM. MOSTLY SUBWAY for subs but this location was near where I was shopping. The service was very disappointing. Two teen boys with absolutely no customer service skills. The vegetables looked like they were there since yesterday. - brown edged lettuce, soggy tomatoes. One finally took out a new pan of tomatoes when I complained about the sight of the ones. I also never knew JM had such few choices for toppings as compared to subway. I gave you a chance JM but I think I'll stay with Subway except on your donation days.

Jersey Mike's is a treat for me. I live 30 miles away from the closest one. I was the only one in the restaurant, so for them to not get my sandwich correct is unacceptable. I ordered the "Big Kahuna" with Banana peppers and extra mushrooms. I got neither. You would think for a sandwich that's almost $20 and over with tip, it could be made correctly. Very disappointed.

Ordered online for pickup. The order was made with the wrong bread. Should have been rosemary Parmesan but instead received white and the bread was hard and stale very little lettuce and cheese.It appears they are cutting back on how much they put on the sandwich, that’s why I stopped eating at subway. Very disappointed. Owner needs to get on top of this quick or this store will close.
