I had an interview at 1:30 pm. I waited for like 35 minutes for that Shelby manger and she was there, but never seemed to ask me anything. She walked out to the restroom and just looked at me. I finally left because it was just a waste of my time to be honest. This place doesn’t even deserve a full star more like 0 stars.

I was at this location at 3:30pm on 10/19/23. I attempted to order 5 piece kids meal when the drive through cashier argued with me that I stated I wanted popcorn chicken when I clearly stated 5 piece. She had a nasty attitude I didn’t order from this place. The customer service is

So I went through the drive-through, ordered $20 fill up box when I went to check my box sitting in the drive-through quit the chicken was shriveled up and dehydrated. The guy was so rude at the window. I took my food back in because it was so nasty and the manager was so rude. The place is disgusting. These people are disgusting no wonder they have a minimum paying job and their communication skills of monkeys.

Ordered the 8pc meal, all dark, got mixed. When I opened the bucket I could tell it was not going to be good. The original chicken was dark brown in color, way overcooked. The thigh, thigh meat, was so tough I could not eat it, tried one bite of the white meat and threw it away. It was obvious that the chicken was overcooked and should not have been served. Either the manager doesn't know what KFC chicken is supposed to look like or just didn't care, probably the later. A total waste of $31 and the last time for this location.Parking: What kind of stupid questions are these. The food at this location sucks and I will not be returning.

I did Door dash so no rating for atmosphere. Other than that the absolute worst. Door dash was fab. KFC has issues. My order disappeared and requed on the screen three times before it went to prep. It was more than forty minutes late because of the traffic in the drive through not moving. When it finally got here it was open top down in the bag and they just didn't bother to send my drink. I tried to call and got the strangest answering machine but no indication it was KFC. In fact there was no indication it was even a business. I reached it twice and got no call back just ripped off.
Watch your receipts in the drive thru!! The price you see on the menu board is not the price you pay at the window! It's more!! AND when you call them on it the look at you dumbfounded!!

I usually go to the KFC on Jordan Lane in Huntsville once a week to get a chicken dinner for my elderly aunt. Let me first say I understand most restaurants are short on help, however you as a worker especially a manger should blame not the customer for that. I went through the drive through today at 10:38. I waited about 5 minutes before this lady screamed at me that they were not open. I said how was I suppose to know when the sign says you open at 10. She was so rude. Im going to contact the corporate office. Food is very expensive and No one should be treated the way that lady trusted me for something that had nothing to do with me. They deserve a zero for customer service!

Y'all be careful please especially when you are going through the drive-thru it's a so-called manager up there by the name of Shelby Caucasian lady lady that claims that she is the only one there that she has a store to run but when I have went up there yesterday and order mine and my family's food I gave her my debit card she put it down and picked up her phone and took a picture of my debit card my husband seen everything and then when I called up there to tell her about how the food was made and tell her that she was seen taking a picture of my debit card she denied that she was even in the drive-thru she said that she wasn't in the Drive-Thru all day yesterday only the boy workers and that is a total lie she is the one that took the order she is the one that we gave the card to she gave us back the card after she had got through with it and handed us our food and in the midst of all that she took a picture of my card she was seen and now she's denying even being in the drive thru that's how you know she's guilty all I want is KFC to do is give me my money and run the cameras back and they will see everything so if I was y'all do not deal with Shelby she is a thief and I have proof you can't miss her she is a heavy set white girl with like blondish reddish hair that looks dirty
