I've had faster service at the DMV. I've been sitting behind 3 cars in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. For some reason, the lobby is locked at 6pm on a weekend. I'm pretty sure people are just placing their orders at the window and just sitting there while it cooks. Little Ceasars is a failure on every level today.

This is not a safe place to get a pizza. If you are a woman do not go alone. Very dark and poorly lit entrance. Food took forever to come. There are way better little Caesars to go to avoid this one.

Changing the rating from 5 stars to 1. This LC has went down hill. Quality, wait times and staff are horrible. Mobile order put in at 12:20pm to pick at 1pm. Arrived at 12:58. Recieved pizza at 1:45pm. Should not have to wait an additional 45 minutes for a mobile pre order. Especially when they ask you 3 times why you are, twice by the same person. Ordered a Pretzel pepperoni pizza with pizza sauce. Recieved a "kind of" Pretzel crust with cheese sauce, uncut and loaded with salt. In the photos that is not parm cheese, it is SALT! This is not the first issue we have had, but we know everyone has a bad day. But we are tired of dropping money here for nothing in return.

I tried to give this location another try, and once again, highly disappointed. The dough is still raw. Pizza has mores sauce then it does cheese. Breadsticks undercooked. Can’t reach anyone at the restaurant. Second pizza look as if it’s been sitting for a while.

Super slow. Pick-up is as slow as ordering at the window. This Little Caesar's is a joke. If it were on South Parkway or in Madison this horrific service would not be acceptable. Ordered pizza online 40 minutes ago. Get to the window 5 mins after the window it is supposed to be ready. The associate asks my name. Then comes back and asks the type of pizza. Are you kidding me! You haven't prepared the pizza. TOTALLY unacceptable! You had no problem taking my money online. And by the way the link is broken online to track order. Buyer beware!

This location has to be one of the worst in all over the Huntsville area, if there was an option to place 1 star I would. The service was terrible they only had 4 cars in the drive thru @5:09 when I came inside to receive my order they demanded that I must go through the drive thru to receive my order which still had the same cars in the drive thru @5:50 also waiting for their food. Wish I could say I’m Over exaggerating but it’s the gods honest truth. I wouldn’t waste either my time, money or taste buds here.

Employees didn't listen when giving the order. Girl working drive through kept saying they don't do stuffed crust when I was only ordering a normal pepperoni pizza. For a "hot and ready" pizza it took almost 20 minutes to get it. I use to work for Little Caesars as an assistant manager. By far that was the worst experience I have ever seen with the brand while at location. Got home and the pizza was burned. When I called the store it kept going to voicemail. I called another location in the area and they informed me that tends to be a normal for the Sparkman location. With that experience and the other locations stating the reputation the Sparkman location has, how has Management and employees not been replaced? I will be filing a formal complaint. Clearly the employees don't care enough about their job to even take an order.
