I was excited to go to this gluten free bakery when I was visiting friends in Huntsville. The chicken and rice bowl is one of the best things I've ever had: it's beautiful and delicious. Sadly, the bakery items were a bust. My son got the bahn mi, and the bread was so dense, it made the sandwich difficult to eat. I got the personal frittata, which was ok. I was so excited to have a biscuit, but it was super dense and not very satisfying. I would recommend this place, but with a strong warning about the baked goods - they will not appeal to everyone.

One of my favorite places in all of HSV ? Everything they have is absolutely delicious, and everyone is always super friendly and kind. I love how they have a dessert option for everyone, even if you’re looking for something df, gf, and refined sugar free!! Their chicken apple brie sandwich is filling and flavorful, and my boyfriend said their fried chicken biscuit is one of the best he’s ever had too. I love how they have seasonal flavors for cupcakes and treats here, and you can feel good knowing you’re supporting a local business all while minimizing gluten from your lifestyle (a lot of us are sensitive to it and don’t even realize it… try gluten free for a week or two and you can feel the difference!!) My go to is their house salad with grilled chicken, and of course a paleo cupcake!! We are already looking forward to their Apple Cinnacakes coming back in the fall… one of the best desserts I’ve ever had! Also… their cheesecakes are on the pricier side but my family and I love every bite! They’re absolutely worth the wait and the price for a special occasion.

This was the only bakery in town I could find that would make custom cake pops for me. I ordered gender reveal pops for my family to find out about our baby, and they came out great. Highly recommend!
I don't love their bistro food, but the bakery items (specifically the cupcakes) are really good. Love that everything is gluten free and they have some paleo and vegan options. I also appreciate that they let you know what each item is free of (dairy, egg, soy, etc). This is my go to for sweets but not top choice for food. I tried the cinnamon roll on their bistro menu and was disappointed especially since their bakery items are so good.

They were 5 min from closing and served all of us with a smile and never rushed us. Everything taste delicious and I don’t even need to eat gluten-free baked goods. I had the shortbread, lemon, lavender cookie and holy smokes. It was divine.
