Order my food using the app before going to the restaurant, I get there and had to wait a few minutes. That fine, the problem is once I received my food it had the main thing that I asked not to be on it. Once you go inside to get help, no one acknowledge you even after trying to get their attention.
The crew that is there right now! Awesome! On 04/09 I paid a visit to the McDonald's on university... About 1p.m.They were very short staffed and the line was building up, I think it was the shift Managers birthday!!!This crew was definitely overwhelmed with orders but they weren't goofing around or playing... They didn't ignore anyone at the front counter AND they didn't treat not one customer like they were a bother when they asked for things like ketchup!!! Kudos to this crew!!!...read full review

No reflection on those working at this location but they are short staffed and the wait times are often horrible in the drive thru. Drink machine not working today. This location is hit or miss. McDonald’s needs to help this location!
