The inside of this McDonald's is the nastiest place I have ever been. Trash everywhere. Every table is sticky and gross. Bathroom was horrible, the smell and stuff plastered on the toilet paper holder and all over the toilet seat. I will never eat here again.

Didn't like how I had to ring up my own order on a board . Nobody's ever out there to help me do this , then go to the counter an pay.Not happy with doing this. So easy to make a mistake with orders.Parking: Needs to be cleaned . An need more trash cans outside so people will quit throwing there Trask on ground . Needs flowers around store don't looks like nobody cares to have some pride how it looks on the outside

Jan 2024. One of the best McDonald's I've been to recently in HSV.Have had very disappointing experiences in other McD stores locally, since we moved here 4 yrs ago, so wasn't expecting much. Then of course covid messed up all fast food.But when I visited 2x this week, I was surprised at the food quality & professionalism in this post covid era. Very well run store.Gonna keep going back!

It is the best Mcdonald in the area. I had a very bad experience here a few years ago so I never wanted to comeback. Though my friend dragged me back here and I don’t now what happened but it is way better. I have been going for the past year. It is pretty clean. They made a few mistakes on the food but I just tell them and they fix it. I don’t expect the greatest experience at a Mcdonald. So doing the bare minimum is good enough to me. Make my food in a timely manner and bringing my food out is good enough. They aren’t rude either. Every other Mcdonald in the area always have problems.
