The service is fine, but the quality of food is unfortunately poor. The atmosphere is okay. But I wouldn't come back because of the food quality. Prices are relatively low for a hibachi grill restaurant.

The cook used entirely too much soy sauce so the food was too salty to eat. The entire table agreed it was too salty but some were able toneat their food. I asked for my plate to be taken off the bill bc I was not going to be able to eat it. They said they would take 10% off. I said I didn't want to pay for a plate I could not eat. They said that was their style and took 15% off. I love hibachi and this was not good hibachi. The other people at the table said they eat there all the time and it's usually good, not like it was today. I probably would have given them another try had they taken my plate off however based on their customer service, I will never go back.

My experience tonight was terrible. I come to this restaurant frequently with my husband. We waited 30 minutes before someone acknowledged us and the traffic was slow so Im not sure why the server didn’t greet us. We were overcharged for drinks! There wasn’t a bartender present but a young man ( who looked underage) who is usually the hostess assist me. When he decided to come over he had headphones in his ear and that’s probably why he didn’t hear me correctly the first time. I asked a server what his name was and she said “I don’t know” which is ODD when he’s your coworker and every time I come here the same people are at work. Take care of the customer and don’t blame others for your careless mistakes.
